The HSC Pediatric Center Developmental Program, Home at HSC, offers more focused care and long term support for kids from six months to 21 years of age who:
• have chronic, complex medical needs
and/or
• are dependent on medical technology
and who
• because of medical complexity and fragility
are unable to be safely cared for in the community.
