When children are released from intensive care, but still not ready to go home, they come to The HSC Pediatric Center to prepare to go home. For over a century, children and teens come through our doors to receive expert rehabilitative and transitional care. The HSC Pediatric Center is guided by a family-centered philosophy. We not only help the child, we work with the entire family. We take pride in providing a nurturing environment of family-centered care so that children and teens can learn, play, and grow while receiving the medical care they need. As a community health provider, we're committed to ensuring access to quality rehabilitative and specialty services to infants, children, and adolescents with special needs. The HSC Pediatric Center is accreditted by The Joint Commission©(TJC) and CARF (The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
